If you wish to fund a client’s appointment directly to us, please contact reception at least one business day prior to the scheduled appointment date.
Please email [email protected] to request a guarantee of payment and return via email prior to the appointment.
The guarantee of payment requests:
- The clients full name and date of birth
- The best contact person and phone number
- Company name and contact details (including but not limited to, company phone number, email, postal address)
- Guaranteed payment amount
Alternatively, please request an invoice – this is to be paid prior to the client’s appointment as we do not hold accounts.
