Returns Policy

At Ear Cleaning Clinic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take great care in providing high-quality ear care products and accessories, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major product failure, and
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
    If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

2. Change of Mind Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on ear care products or accessories (such as ear cleaners, wax removal tools, or earplugs) that have been opened or used.

If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit or exchange.

Conditions:

  • You must contact us first at [email protected] to obtain return authorisation.
  • The customer is responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos showing the fault or damage.

Once we’ve assessed your claim, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product,
  • A store credit, or
  • A full refund.

 

We’ll cover all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

4. How to Return an Item

  1. Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Package your item securely and post it using a trackable service.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your replacement, store credit, or refund.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we supplied a faulty or incorrect item.
