Drawing on a combined 21 years of experience, our dedicated Ear Nurses provide gentle, highly skilled microsuction ear cleaning at two convenient locations on the Gold Coast. With advanced clinical training and deep expertise in outer ear conditions, they specialise in microsuction – a modern, comfortable alternative to traditional ear syringing.
Ash Prasad
Level 2 - Enrolled Nurse
With 18 years of nursing experience across aged care, community services, and acute care settings, Ash is a valued member of our team. She was born in Fiji but raised and educated in Tasmania. Ash later relocated to Auckland, New Zealand, where she spent several years working in aged care before transitioning into ear health as an Associate Audiology Practitioner in 2023.
Ash relocated to Queensland in 2024 and brings a wealth of experience, along with a calm, compassionate, and thorough approach to patient care. Known for consistently going above and beyond, Ash is highly regarded for her resilience and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Ash has completed:
- Significant Theoretical Certification, endorsed for CPD in Australia by Audiology Australia and ACAUD and recognised for CPD through AHPRA.
- Extensive practical training in ear microsuction via Ear Health New Zealand, ensuring a comprehensive and high standard of expertise.
- ACN endorsed modules: Exostosis, Osteomas, Otitis Media & Otitis Externa.

A. Helping patients experience clearer hearing and immediate comfort. I take pride in providing calm, consistent care and ensuring each patient feels heard and well supported throughout their visit.
