Originally from Mt Maunganui New Zealand - Trudy moved to the Gold Coast in 2010. Joining ECC mid 2021. Passionate about office administration having spent over 20+ years in administration and customer service roles. Trudy has positioned herself in a variety of roles which have helped to administer support and assistance to management, H.O.D and colleagues.
Jo - Receptionist
Born in Sydney, Jo relocated to the Gold Coast in 2024 with her family. With over 20 years of experience in administration and customer service, Jo has built a reputation for being approachable, efficient and genuinely committed to creating positive experiences ensuring every interaction is handled with care, supporting our customers with professionalism and empathy.
Nicole - Receptionist
Born in Sydney, raised in NZ and relocating to the Gold Coast in 2005 - Nicole joined the team early 2024. Nicole is passionate about great customer service and creating a positive environment for both client and colleagues.
